SpectraLight Photography & Design was founded in Cleveland in 1980 and moved to Olmsted Falls in December of 1987 and then to North Ridgeville in November of 2006.
We specialize in 360-degree photography, videography and virtual tours that let prospects have an immersive, inside look of companies they're considering doing business with.
Mark Madere is the owner and lead portrait designer for SpectraLight Photography based in Northeast Ohio. He is a graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with an Associate Degree in Specialized Technology, majoring in Photography/Multimedia.
Mark has photographed for two international news services: the Associated Press and United Press International. He has done medical and public relations photography for several hospitals throughout the Cleveland area.
Mark is recognized as a leading instructor of photography. He has taught classes at Cuyahoga Community College, the Olmsted Falls Adult Education Program and the Olmsted Falls Public Library. He has given lectures to the American Trade Exchange, Council of Smaller Enterprises (COSE), Eldercare Professionals of Ohio, University Hospitals Eye Institute, several professional photographers associations, civic groups and various classrooms through the Polaris Career Center.
Mark has taught business classes to high school students for the nationally sponsored Junior Achievement program. He was honored with displays of his photography during month-long, one-person exhibits at the Berea, Westlake Porter and the Avon Lake public libraries. His photography has been featured on Channel 3's Good Company, Channel 5's Morning Exchange and interviewed by ABC News in Cleveland on how to save flood damaged photos.
Since 1980, Mark has been a respected member of such elite organizations as Wedding & Portrait Photographers International (WPPI), Professional Photographers of America, Professional Photographers of Ohio and the Society of Northern Ohio Professional Photographers (SONOPP). He has also served on the Board of Directors for SONOPP and the Olmsted Community Business Association (OCBA).
Mark is dedicated to the growth and improvement of his community by previously serving as the Public Relations Chairman for the OCBA and the Olmsted Falls Kiwanis Club. He is the Founding Sponsor of the Olmsted Spirit 5K Race which has generated over a quarter million dollars in college scholarships for Olmsted Falls graduating seniors.
Mark has received many awards for his outstanding photography from SONOPP and WPPI. The WPPI awards were selected from photographs submitted from its worldwide membership.
